Done with the first part of your training.
Congratulations! What now? Most major
carriers are looking for experienced drivers
or are forcing them to sign a contract. If
the company provides quality career
opportunities, why do they need contracts?
Do you really want to sign away the next year
or two of your life to a company you don't
know anything about? I wouldn't either.
Their is an alternative, Squire Transportation
will give you the training you need to start a
new career. Tuition reimbursement and one
on one attention are also provided.
Squire Transportation gets you ready for a
safe and profitable future in transportation.
You had enough classroom work, now it is
time to drive!
Trainee Pay:
$350 a week while they are with a trainer. (4-6 weeks)
The following is a breakdown of how we will pay our trainees once they become solo drivers. We use a sliding pay scale. The drivers will have an opportunity to get to level 2 after 30 days. They will have to meet specific performance requirements to make this pay level. The driver will then have the opportunity to reach the level 3 pay scale 30 days after qualifying for level 2.
